Job Title: CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineer to join our team at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing on-demand phone and on-site support to our customers, executing all required service requests, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-demand phone and on-site support to customers.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute all required planned maintenance activities.
  • Accurately and promptly submit required paperwork to accounting/operations.
  • Promote positive customer relationships through non-service call visits and meetings.
  • Return and document all material not used in the field to our facilities.
  • Work with sales and operations to resolve customer-specific site and technical issues.
  • Assist in site planning, sales consultations, and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Extensive background in servicing Medical Imaging equipment.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Ability to travel within the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or military-trained in electronics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment.
