Job Responsibilities

• Handling Group Inquiries: You will be responsible for processing group inquiries from all outlets, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
• Creating Group Offers: You will create customized group offers and contracts, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Managing Group Handling: You will oversee the group handling process, ensuring that all groups are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Customer Communication: You will serve as the primary point of contact for companies and agencies, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing and checking accounts receivable handling and invoice creation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: A professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management is required.
• Experience: First-hand experience working in the group reservation department is necessary.
• Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and analytical skills, independence, commitment, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, quality consciousness, proficiency in MS Office, and good knowledge of reservation systems are essential.
• Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is required.
