Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Customer Service Intern to join our team for a 10-12 week internship. As a Corporate Customer Service Intern, you will work in our Corporate Office and learn the ins-and-outs of working with customer orders and the customers and departments that we service.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow customer orders through the entire process from entry to delivery.
- Define and describe our internal partners and how the relationships serve our customers.
- Assist in organizing Master Data.
- Network and learn from industry experts.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026.
- Demonstrating knowledge and skill with Excel formulas to extract, organize, and report data.
- Experience with handling customer orders and other customer service functions.
- Background in supply chain and/or customer service preferred.
- Exposure to SAP and other MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management) systems preferred.
- Actively participated or held office in a campus or community organization (preferred but not required).
