At Universal Health Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Inpatient Group Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct crisis interventions and provide support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Experience in conducting group therapy and working with patients with mental health conditions.
  • LPC/LSW licensure required; LCPC/LCSW preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
