Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Pellet Mills: Safely operate and adjust pellet mills to produce high-quality pellets, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on finished pellets, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.
  • Raw Material Testing: Conduct thorough testing of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet our specifications.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on pellet mills, including roll changes and equipment inspections.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the production process to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of all aspects of the production process, including mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs safely, stand for up to 12 hours per day, and work in a high-temperature/humidity environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
