Comprehensive training program provided - no prior experience necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct oil and filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and various maintenance services.
- Install batteries and assess electrical systems.
- Fit shock absorbers and exhaust systems.
- Inspect vehicle tires and verify air pressure.
- Replace brakes and other components subject to regular wear.
- Offer recommendations for additional services based on initial vehicle assessments.
- Complete all required documentation accurately. Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on the dealership's premises.
- Collaborate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and management.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work area.
- Ensure the vehicle being serviced remains clean and free from grease and oil.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to safety by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Deliver maintenance services efficiently and within the expected timeframes.
- Possess strong communication skills to liaise with fellow technicians, service advisors, and management regarding vehicle conditions.
High School Diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of mechanical repairs
Familiarity with unibody and full-frame vehicles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Must possess the physical capability and mental sharpness to perform the duties of the role effectively within designated timeframes to meet business objectives.
