About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse - RN, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document all patient interactions and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • At least six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English.
  • Ability to travel to patient homes as needed.
