- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- At least two years of experience as a Telemetry Nurse or in a related specialty.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Telemetry Nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
