- Exercise Critical Thinking: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills to make informed decisions and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Meet Physical Demands: Physical stamina for walking, standing, lifting, and patient positioning to ensure safe and effective care.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Current RN Licensure: Current RN licensure in the practicing state to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required within 30 days of hire to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
