**Job Summary:**
The LPN is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, implementing the plan of care, and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing phlebotomy services, and implementing the plan of care
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Contribute to the overall quality of patient care, ensuring a safe and efficient environment
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of an accredited LPN program
* Current state licensure as an LPN or LPN applicant
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* One year of clinical patient care experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
