Key Responsibilities:
- Support the company's profitability through new member acquisition and retention.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Fulfill prospecting requirements and sales objectives.
- Complete all necessary documentation promptly.
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings.
- Engage in all staff and club meetings and events.
- Excel in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with retention teams to ensure high member engagement.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Expectations:

- Address common inquiries or complaints effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Experience with cash handling and credit transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
