Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in survey-related tasks including legal descriptions, field data, plats, plot plans, real property surveys, and construction staking.
Responsibilities:
- Perform field work on surveying, civil engineering, and construction projects.
- Maintain schedules and follow company CAD procedures and standards.
- Utilize CAD commands and draw sketches and take clear notes.
- Maintenance and care of vehicles, equipment, and instruments used during survey services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional Surveyor license or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of AutoCAD and/or Civil3D experience.
- 5-10 years of survey-related tasks experience.
- GPS and robotic experience preferred.
- Detail oriented and able to work unsupervised.
- CAD/computer knowledge (AutoCAD Civil 3D) preferred.
