Are you interested in pursuing a career in healthcare but worried about educational costs and job opportunities post-graduation? The Summa Health Smart Start Program offers a solution.


The Summa Health Smart Start Program provides individuals with the chance to obtain a medical certification with fully funded tuition while embarking on a career path within Summa Health.

Participants will engage in a two-semester, predominantly online educational program while holding a PRN position at Summa Health. This allows them to balance their work commitments with their academic pursuits. The focus of this program is on medical assisting.

Participants benefit from 100% covered tuition, along with financial support for uniforms, textbooks, supplies, and necessary equipment.

Upon completion of the program, we assist graduates in transitioning to full-time (40 hours per week) Medical Assistant roles at Summa Health.



Essential Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:
a.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience & Skills Required:

Preferred six (6) months of experience in customer interaction or public service.
b.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

$15.80/hr - $15.80/hr

The salary range provided reflects the base salary, excluding bonuses or differentials.
