Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our company's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity to ensure high levels of data availability and network performance
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
• Create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g., access authentication and disaster recovery)
• Communicate with users when needed
• Maintain complete technical documentation
• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network infrastructure
• Collaborate with team members to optimize network design and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Network Engineer
• Professional certification (e.g., CCNP, CCDP) is a plus
• Solid background in Linux systems
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills with a capacity to explain complex concepts in layman's language
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology
