Role Summary:

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for supervising daily activities at designated locations to ensure that patient care operations are effectively supported. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of care quality, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. The Field Operations Manager collaborates closely with the Practice Manager and team members to achieve organizational goals and uphold service excellence.

Position Requirements:

  • An Associate Degree in a healthcare-related discipline, coupled with a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting overseeing personnel or processes, is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of leadership experience in a medical practice environment is highly desirable.
