We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Step Down team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
- Identify nursing problems and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patient care in a collaborative multidisciplinary setting.
- Instruct individuals, families, or other groups on patient care and disease processes.
- Support the facility's Standards of Performance and ICARE values.
- Maintain knowledge and follow all CMS and JCAHO requirements.
- RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer from non-ICU area.
- One to two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- ICU experience preferred.
