About the Role

  • As a Senior Care Professional at Sunrise Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and support to a consistent group of seniors, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.
  • You will work closely with our care team to develop individualized service plans, ensuring each resident receives personalized attention and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates, ensuring residents' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, care provided, and progress.

Requirements:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted; may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
