Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. As a Pediatric NICU Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional nutrition care to our patients and their families.

• Provide nutrition-focused physical exams and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients in the NICU
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions
• Precept dietetic interns and support the Clinical Nutrition Manager in interfacing with internship faculty
• Participate in departmental, clinical, and other meetings related to areas of practice
• Utilize electronic medical records within the practice environment and be familiar with the Nutrition Care Process & Model and Epic Electronic System
• Drive outstanding patient satisfaction results and process improvement activities

• Registered Dietitian with 1 year of experience and Licensed as a Dietitian in the state of TX
• Previous experience in the NICU
• Strong focus on driving outstanding patient satisfaction results and driving process improvement activities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and make decisions while working within a self-directed and team-oriented work environment
