Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, checking inventory, and completing tasks as directed by store management.
- Support our pharmacy team by assisting with tasks, answering customer questions, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods of time
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Visual Acuity - Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Pay Range:The typical pay range for this role is: $16.98 - $16.98
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
