Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a vision for your team in line with broader organization goals, while building strong relationships and trust with your frontline team and peers.
  • Lead with an encouraging and exciting demeanor, listening, and learning from those around you.
  • Develop and guide the growth and development of your team members, ensuring they receive adequate training and upholding safety and quality standards.
  • Forecast staffing needs to meet peak demands of the business and staff your team accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, safety, and accuracy.
  • Monitor and report daily production results, material usage, waste, and downtime.
  • Coordinate with quality control to maintain quality standards and take appropriate corrective measures to resolve deficiencies.
  • Manage personnel issues, including vacation approvals, timecard approval, daily and weekly overtime, hiring, and training.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring all established policies and procedures are followed by employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 years of related or industry experience required.
  • Prior leadership experience leading and managing team performance preferred.
  • Lean six sigma certifications preferred.
  • Supplier management experience preferred.
  • Data analytic experience preferred.
What We Offer

$85,000 Min - $182,100 Max salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
