- Forecast staffing needs to meet peak demands of the business and staff your team accordingly.
- Establish and maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, safety, and accuracy.
- Monitor and report daily production results, material usage, waste, and downtime.
- Coordinate with quality control to maintain quality standards and take appropriate corrective measures to resolve deficiencies.
- Manage personnel issues, including vacation approvals, timecard approval, daily and weekly overtime, hiring, and training.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring all established policies and procedures are followed by employees.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4 years of related or industry experience required.
- Prior leadership experience leading and managing team performance preferred.
- Lean six sigma certifications preferred.
- Supplier management experience preferred.
- Data analytic experience preferred.
$85,000 Min - $182,100 Max salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
