Elite Staffing Network LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our clients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collateral sources as necessary.
- Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, social workers, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide education and training to other healthcare professionals.
- Document all client interactions, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program.
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the past 3 years or as required to meet clinical competency requirements.
- Active, unrestricted license in any state.
- Board certification is not required, but preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to pass a government background check and obtain a government security clearance.
The compensation for this position will be $80-$140 per hour, depending on employment options, qualifications, experience, and location.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 hours between 7:30am and 4:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. No weekends, no holidays, no call, and no callback are required.
