Job Title: Caregiver - DSP

TURN Community Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver - DSP to join our team. As a Caregiver - DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

About the Role:

This full-time or part-time position involves working swing shifts or night shifts, providing support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily living support, such as medication administration, hygiene, and grooming
  • Assisting with meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping
  • Using effective teaching and mentoring techniques to provide life skills training and behavior management strategies
  • Supporting individuals in accessing and participating in their community, including employment, relationships, and recreational activities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18 years old or older
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle

Available shifts include:

Swing shift Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri 2pm to 9pm

Grave Shift Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues 11pm to 9am

Swing Shift Wed, Thur Fri 3pm - 11pm Sat, Sun 3pm to 9pm

Must be able to pass a background check upon hire.
