About the Role:
Lead Caregiver
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (Hours may vary based on Client and business requirements)
Administrative on-call responsibilities for up to 2 weeks per month. (The On-Call team addresses any urgent matters outside of regular hours)
Willingness to assist with client care as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
In addition to caregiving tasks, the Lead Caregiver serves as a mentor, advisor, and coach to fellow caregivers, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing client retention through Quality Assurance initiatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Care
- Ability to cover shifts and assist with admissions as necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Good judgment and self-control
- Safety-conscious approach
- Knowledge of personal care principles and safety practices
- Availability for on-call shifts
