This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience managing budgets and supervising staff.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the church's annual budget, including financial planning and reporting.\
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of church facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.\
- Supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.\
- Coordinate volunteer teams for various ministries and events.\
Requirements:
\- \
- College graduate with a degree in business, finance, or related field.\
- At least 5 years' experience in a financial or facilities management role, preferably in a non-profit or church setting.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Experience developing and managing budgets.\
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.\
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (32-40 hours/week), depending on experience and qualifications.
