Position Overview

  • Schedule: Weekends Only
  • Shift Details: Two 12-hour shifts from 8 am to 8 pm
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identifies both immediate and future geriatric patient care challenges, proposing viable solutions and action plans.
    • Evaluates patient health through comprehensive interviews, thorough physical assessments, and meticulous review of medical histories.
    • Maintains accurate documentation of patient care services through detailed charting in both patient and departmental records.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
  • Capability to secure DEA licensure in Pennsylvania
