Premier Banker

Fremont Bank is seeking a highly skilled Premier Banker to join our team in Danville, CA. As a Premier Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through the sale of retail consumer and business products and services.

• Customer Experience: Provide world-class service to clients, identify their needs, and recommend or refer products and services to meet those needs.
• Relationship Building: Explain, promote, and refer Fremont Bank products and services to current and prospective clients, and meet assigned sales and referral objectives.
• Operations: Follow and explain bank policies and procedures, conduct cash handling and other deposit or payment related transactions, and perform miscellaneous operational tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• 5 years of sales and customer service experience in a customer-facing banking environment.
• Signing Authority preferred.
• Proven demonstration of success in building relationships with clients and achieving banking sales and lending objectives.
• Knowledgeable in small business deposit and lending products.
• Proven success in small business lending, prospecting, and cold calling new outside business opportunities.
• Knowledge of bank products and services and proven success of effective sales techniques.
• Understanding of banking regulatory compliance issues.
• Excellent listening and presentation skills.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience recommended.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy, including working with a Windows-based computer environment, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Vision and hearing must be sufficient to interact with clients over the phone and in-person.
• Verbal communication must be clearly spoken and understood.
• Ability to walk and stand for outside business development activities.
• Willingness to perform telemarketing duties as assigned.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional appearance is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
