Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain cleanliness of all office areas through regular vacuuming and thorough cleaning as required.
  2. Ensure that program spaces such as chapels, classrooms, and multipurpose rooms are cleaned and prepared daily.
  3. Sanitize nursery equipment and common areas on a weekly basis.
  4. Perform window cleaning and glass maintenance weekly or as necessary.
  5. Set up and arrange furniture for meetings and events as directed.
  6. Manage waste disposal by collecting trash from receptacles and ensuring proper disposal.
  7. Mop floors and clean restrooms daily, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
  8. Restock paper product dispensers and place orders for cleaning supplies as needed.
  9. Conduct minor repairs, including painting touch-ups and changing light fixtures.
  10. Act as a liaison for contractors and vendors, coordinating with Corps Officers.

Seasonal Duties:

During peak seasons, additional responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting holiday initiatives such as food and toy drives.
  • Assisting with the logistics of donation collection and distribution.
  • Helping with event setup and breakdown.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a full-size cargo van for transportation of donated items.
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and the ability to work independently.
  • Capability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and maintain a safe working environment.
