Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. As a PCU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and prioritizing patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a PCU or similar setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
