Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ultrasound Technologist to work in a fast-paced medical imaging environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of ultrasound technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound exams on patients of all ages
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams, including images and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of ultrasound or on-the-job training
  • Registered or registry eligible in ultrasound
  • Registered or registry eligible for echo and vascular ultrasound
  • CPR certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in ultrasound technology
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
