About the Role

CiNQ Group is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Contract Specialist to join our team. As a Pharmacy Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating RFP responses, managing proposal updates, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Management: Track and manage proposal updates, version control, and archiving of proposals.
  • Database Management: Maintain database responses and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • RFP Coordination: Coordinate additional responses from subject matter experts across the business.
  • Response Review: Review responses to ensure they meet strategic objectives and are free from errors.
  • Contract Review: Partner with the contracting team to review contracts, begin redlining, and provide feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with 4 years of experience responding to sales-related RFPs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working within a sales organization with demonstrable results.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
