Responsibilities
- Supervise students during recess to ensure their safety and well-being
- Monitor student behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent conflicts or injuries
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive student behavior and social skills
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a smooth and successful school experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
