Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at Margaret Mary Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with colleagues to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients. Your expertise will be essential in identifying patients at high nutrition risk, assessing their nutritional needs, and developing personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide medical nutrition therapy
  • Identify patients at high nutrition risk and assess their nutritional needs
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans
  • Provide nutrition education to patients and family members
  • Monitor and adjust patient nutrition interventions as needed
  • Refer patients to necessary support groups and classes
  • Document and charge patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics
  • Completion of an ADA-accredited internship or distance learning program
  • Certification as a Dietitian by the Indiana State Board of Health or licensure by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent walking, talking, sitting, and standing, as well as occasional pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, reaching, and use of hands and manual dexterity. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be required.
