Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell ski and snowboard equipment, including demos and rentals, to guests based on their needs and preferences
  • Conduct ski and binding fittings, ensuring a proper fit and ensuring guest safety
  • Process transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and rental goals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or rental environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
