Your Role
CoinSmart is in search of a seasoned and driven Vice President of Strategic Partnerships in the iGaming sector. This pivotal role will be instrumental in establishing our SmartPay crypto payment processing division. We seek an individual with extensive industry connections and proven sales expertise in the payments landscape, particularly within the iGaming domain (including operators, platforms, and service providers).

Compensation
Base salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000, complemented by a tiered commission structure based on performance metrics.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive business growth within the iGaming sector to meet SmartPay sales objectives.
- Onboard new clients and partners by leveraging your existing network or creating new connections.
- Implement the business development strategy by acquiring new enterprise clients and maintaining relationships to achieve sales goals.
- Cultivate partnerships with merchants, platforms, service providers, industry associations, media, and affiliates in the iGaming space.
- Understand each client's business model to effectively promote and sell SmartPay solutions, enhancing their payment processes.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking conferences to represent CoinSmart.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including cold outreach, pitching, negotiations, and onboarding.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in lead generation and business development within the payments and iGaming sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in professional services, focusing on business development and client relationship management.
- Over 10 years of experience in leadership roles, including coaching and developing teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and experience working with iGaming clients to address their business challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage relationships at the executive level.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
