Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Cerner's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software, encompassing registration, scheduling, billing, and claims processing.
- Achieve Cerner RCM certification and remain informed about any modifications, updates, or new functionalities introduced in the software.
- Work closely with internal departments, including IT, Finance, and Clinical, to ensure effective integration and enhancement of Cerner RCM solutions.
- Deliver support and training to end-users, ensuring they comprehend and efficiently utilize Cerner RCM tools.
- Assist in the creation and revision of training materials, manuals, and other resources to promote knowledge sharing and ongoing education.
- Conduct regular evaluations of system configurations and workflows, pinpointing areas for enhancement and proposing solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for Cerner RCM-related inquiries, coordinating with Cerner support when necessary to address technical challenges.
- Engage in revenue cycle optimization initiatives, utilizing Cerner RCM tools to enhance financial performance and patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management, sharing insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Experience with Cerner Millennium and Cerner Soarian Financials.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
- Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, focusing on Cerner RCM solutions.
- Cerner RCM certification or the ability to obtain certification within 3 months of employment.
- Strong comprehension of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including insurance verification, medical coding, billing, and collections.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across teams and effectively train and support end-users.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
