Our community is in search of a Sales Advisor who is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors while having the potential to earn a compensation package exceeding $100K.

We are looking for sales professionals who excel at identifying sales motivations, cultivating relationships, addressing objections, and successfully closing deals.

While prior experience in senior living is not mandatory, a strong commitment to achieving sales and occupancy targets is essential.

You will engage with seniors, their families, and other key influencers as they explore vibrant living options.

Your role will involve presenting the various lifestyle choices available at our community (Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care) and personalized care services to create tailored plans that meet individual needs.

You will conduct community tours and organize various prospect and professional events to enhance occupancy rates within our community.
Key qualifications include:
~ A minimum of five years of proven experience in commission-based sales
~ A compassionate approach with a genuine interest in working with seniors
~ Expertise in uncovering prospects' sales motivations and needs
~ Ability to close sales both in-person and over the phone
~ A self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and achieving goals
~ A professional demeanor that inspires confidence and trust
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
~ Experience with sales CRM systems for tracking leads and sales activities
