We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg/Ortho Unit at OhioHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general nursing care to patients and families in diverse, acute healthcare settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
- Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel using established criteria.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
- BLS certification.
- BSN required at 5 years of employment.
This is a night shift position with 36 scheduled weekly hours. The Med/Surg/Ortho Unit is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.
