Job Summary

As a Shift Leader at Insomnia Cookies, you will be responsible for leading a team of bakers and customer service representatives during evening shifts. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that the bakery operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience
  • Lead a team of bakers and customer service representatives during evening shifts
  • Monitor production efficiency and ensure that all products are prepared to the highest standard
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
  • Ensure that the bakery is clean and safe for customers and staff
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-focused role
  • Point of Sales systems experience
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed
