Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform minimally invasive cosmetic procedures independently, adhering to strict medical protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition post-procedure, identifying and addressing any potential complications.
- Anticipate and respond to patients' needs, providing personalized care and attention to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Provide patients with clear post-procedure instructions and guidance, ensuring they understand their treatment plan and aftercare requirements.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatological and plastic surgical treatments, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Botox injections and other aesthetic procedures.
- CPR certification and ability to respond to medical emergencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
