Motorhand Crew Chief

Parker Wellbore is seeking a highly skilled Motorhand Crew Chief to join our team. As a key member of our drilling operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling activities.

The Motorhand Crew Chief will oversee the maintenance and repair of drilling equipment, supervise crew members, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

• Lead and manage a team of motorhands to ensure efficient and safe drilling operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of drilling equipment, including mud pumps, shale shakers, and desanders.
• Supervise crew members to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth drilling operations.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in drilling operations or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and hand/power tools is necessary.

• A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role requires working in a fast-paced drilling environment, often in harsh weather conditions. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work at heights. Regular travel may be required.
