About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled loan processor/underwriter to join our team at Welcome Home Finance LP. As a key member of our mortgage banking team, you will be responsible for processing loan documents with precision and accuracy.

Your expertise in conventional, VA, USDA, and FHA loans will be crucial in ensuring the success of our clients' loan applications. In addition to your technical knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing and will be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
