We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for administering direct patient care in accordance with written prescriptions and utilizing evaluation techniques to design treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities- Administer direct patient care in accordance with written prescriptions
- Utilize evaluation techniques to design treatment programs
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and modify treatment programs as needed
- Participate in quality improvement chart reviews and activities
- Attend family meetings and interact with interdisciplinary staff
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
This position requires variable shifts, including day and evening hours, with no weekends or holidays.
