At LHH, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in supporting the human resources department. This role plays a crucial part in managing various HR activities, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and upholding the organization's commitment to excellence.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent communication skills. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering employee benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  2. Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
  4. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  5. Provide support on HR-related matters, handle employee inquiries, and assist with employee relations activities.
  6. Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  8. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000-$85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. A competitive benefits package is also included, offering opportunities for professional development and growth in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
