Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support program staff to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by regulatory agencies and company policies.
- Collaborate with the treatment director and clinical team leaders to ensure quality clinical services and transparency of critical incidents between programs.
- Communicate effectively with state level leadership, review entities, and other stakeholders regarding program operations and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or program management role.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
- Prior experience working with high-risk children in a child placing and adoption organization is preferred.
Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
