Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct vital signs and document resident information
- Assist with direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Current NYS RN or LPN License
- CPR Certification
- At least two years of nursing experience, with geriatric experience preferred
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
- Competitive salary range of $32.00-$38.00
