Ergonomics Consultant

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is a pioneering organization in California, dedicated to providing innovative ergonomic services for over 20 years. With an experienced team and a strong presence in the Los Angeles Area, we're seeking a part-time Ergonomist to join our Santa Monica team.

Payscale: $38-$50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and job-related factors.

• Ergonomic Evaluations: Conduct thorough virtual, telephonic, or in-person assessments of workplaces to identify areas for improvement.
• Job Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of job tasks to develop effective solutions for reducing risk and promoting workplace comfort.
• Accommodations: Identify and implement necessary accommodations for injured or disabled workers, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources, including measurements, video documentation, and photographs, to inform evidence-based solutions.

• Educational Background: BA or BS in a health-related field, with ergonomic certification required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in ergonomic-related roles, preferably as an Exercise Physiologist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.
• Skillset: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proficiency in industry-standard tools and equipment.
