Structures MRB Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structures MRB Engineer to join our team at The Structures Company. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering programs and driving innovation to support aerospace product development and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex engineering challenges using advanced methods and evaluation techniques.
- Develop standards, balancing technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Operate with minimal oversight, making authoritative decisions and setting technical objectives.
- Stay current on industry advancements to recommend quality and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of MRB engineering experience at a recognized aerospace manufacturer.
- Expertise in creating and justifying dispositions for nonconformances in composite and metallic aircraft structures (pressurized and non-pressurized).
- Experience with aircraft components (wing, fuselage, empennage) in a production or schedule-driven environment.
- U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Proficient in Catia V5, Solumina, SmarTeam, Corridor, Word, Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
