POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in residential units, health center rooms, and common areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to all relevant rules, policies, and standards related to employment with Westminster and its communities.
- Perform cleaning duties in residential units, resident rooms, and common areas, including stairwells.
- Ensure sanitization of health center rooms following resident move-outs or prior to new resident move-ins.
- Manage the collection and transportation of used dining area protectors to the laundry facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas at least twice daily.
- Execute daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Handle garbage removal, including biohazard waste (via contracted vendor) from designated areas.
- Complete cleaning tasks as contracted by independent residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with up to one month of related experience or training.

Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience working with older adults in a healthcare environment is preferred, ideally with a minimum of six months experience.
