FSR Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled FSR Analyst to provide technical support to our clients, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.

• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, ensuring seamless resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support client success.
• Assist with hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct thorough system testing and evaluation to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless communication.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they have the necessary skills to utilize our systems effectively.

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, HTML, RUBY, Java, and other programming languages.
• Experience with server administration and network management.
• Familiarity with GAIA, Foundry, and Gotham.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
