Key Responsibilities and Requirements for BCBAs:
• Hold an active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
• Possess an LBA credential (or be eligible) in New York State.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Conduct assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with ASD, collaborating with caregivers to develop meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design and analyze data-driven behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and performance feedback while maintaining clinical integrity in home settings.
• Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent sitting on the floor, getting up from the floor, and engaging in physical activities with children.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
